We provide compassionate care, companionship, and engaging activities so our seniors never feel isolated and always feel valued and connected.
During the summer, one of our most loved activities is our cheerful picnic outings. Surrounded by beautiful parks and fresh air, seniors enjoy delicious food, warm conversations, and relaxing moments in nature.
More than just a picnic, these gatherings create laughter, friendship, and lasting memories helping our seniors feel a true sense of belonging in a caring community.
Women empowerment is a powerful movement for equality, dignity, and opportunity. RSA is led by entrepreneur woman who inspires others with her passion and determination.
RSA was born from a deeply personal experience. There was a time in my life when I felt alone without guidance, support, or a safe place to turn. In that moment, I realized that many people around us, especially newcomers, women, were quietly facing the same feelings of loneliness and struggle.
That realization inspired me to create RSA platform, a place where people can find connection, support, and hope.
Today, RSA offers programs that support seniors, mentor youth, promote women’s empowerment, and strengthen overall community wellness. We are committed to helping women’s confidence, embrace their strength, and step into leadership.
At RSA, we are more than an organization we are a family, built on compassion, inclusion, and care.
A place where no one should ever feel alone. A place where people are heard, supported, and reminded that they truly matter. Together, we can turn loneliness into connection, challenges into strength, and hope into lasting change.

Loveleen has a background in Project Management studies in Canada and over three years of experience working with seniors. She is friendly, social, and passionate about supporting others, with a strong commitment to serving the community.
Yoseline had the privilege of living in this country with my family for over 30 years. As a mother and proud grandmother, family has always been at the center of my life. With a background in customer service and wellness, I’ve volunteered with organizations like The Working Women Community Centre, raising awareness about breast cancer among immigrant and Canadian women. Now, I would like to give back to the community through RSA. I find fulfillment in helping families.
Juliet, a Canadian businesswoman who immigrated from the Philippines, is a certified caregiver, chef, and massage therapist. She now runs a successful business that provides employment to 20 women and newcomers while actively giving back to the community. Despite facing many challenges, she remains a devoted wife, mother, and a strong, independent woman. She also oversees marketing, outreach, and event management. Her dedication and passion make a valuable asset to the organization.
Karan is a results driven professional with a strong background in financial services, specializing in client relationship management, sales, and investment advisory. He has excelled in roles at Canadian Western Bank and Scotiabank, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Guelph.
Tameika Henry originally from Jamaica brings a wealth of experience as a teacher, caregiver, and office administrator, with a strong background in customer service and administrative roles. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our leadership team.
Peculiar brings a fresh perspective and a unique approach to elevating our brand and mission. With extensive experience in crafting innovative marketing strategies and a deep passion for community impact, Peculiar is poised to drive new heights in awareness and engagement within our community.
Romail Yousaf, brings over 30 years of diverse international experience. He began his career in 1993 with Caritas Pakistan Lahore, working in drug rehabilitation and prevention. He later served as a radio producer and announcer for Radio Veritas Asia in the Philippines. Upon returning, he contributed to women’s rights, child protection, and minority advocacy initiatives in Pakistan. From 2016 to 2022, including as a multilingual interpreter (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Saraiki to English).
Purneet’s passion for fostering inclusive and supportive communities makes him a wonderful addition to our team.
